But you should know that the tool doesn't "do" much. Instead, it's really designed to help you easily report on the work you do for clients.
With that, let's dive into the key features of AgencyAnalytics.
Dashboard: Live Client Reporting
After configuring your integrations (which is enough simple), you'll want to set up your first dashboard.
Your dashboard is basically a dashboard with data from different places (like Google Analytics, Google My Business, call tracking services, and various social media accounts).
And you can drag and drop diDifferent widgets so that the most important data is at the top.
The AgencyAnalytics dashboard is useful for two main reasons:
First, it saves you time by tracking your customer's important metrics.

This way customers can keep tabs on how things are going without having to email you “how many leads did we get this week?”
What I really like about this feature is that they have a LOT of integrations that you can show on your dashboard. And not just for SEO.
As you can see, you can extraRead data from Facebook ads, Google Ads, Yelp, Unbounce and more.
In addition, each integration has its own mini-report. This means that you don 't need to log into each platform if you want to dig a little deeper.
For example, let's say you see that your Google Analytics sessions have been interrupted. And you want to understand why.
Well you can click on this widget on your dashboard. And get a lot of the same data you'll find in GA.
If you're only running one site, this might not seem like a big deal. But if you're an agency with dozens of clients, those little time savings 'really add up.
That said, I noticed a pretty big issue with some of my integrations.
Specifically, my graphics for YouTube subscribers and Twitter subscribers only started to follow the daywhere I integrated them with AgencyAnalytics.
In other words, it looks like I had zero until today. And then a sudden spike.
It would be a big deal if I just took a new client. I would have to wait several months before these charts become useful. Which is far from ideal.
Overall I found setting up and customizing my AgencyAnalytics dashboard to be very easy. Although, as I mentioned above, some of the data extractions were not 100% accurate.
Rankings: track keyword rankings over time
The "ranking " is integrated into AgencyAnalytics rankings tracking tool.
This is actually one of the few tools built into the platform. Most of AgencyAnalytics is designed for reporting.
Either way, this feature works like pretty much any rank tracker on the planet: you add a bunch of keywords to track. And t The tool shows you your current rankings in the SERPs .
Additionally, how rankings have changed over time in Google and Bing.
I have manually checked the rankings reported by AgencyAnalytics. And they all checked.
Overall, "Rankings " is a solid ranking tracker.
Site Auditor: Keep tabs On Your technical SEO
AgencyAnalytics also includes a tool to help you with SEO audits .
Like most SEO auditing tools, Site Auditor looks for a title technical SEO issues , such as:
Overall this is a solid SEO auditing tool. This helps to identify glaring issues. And it's easy to figure out what to prioritize.
That said, I ran into a problem when I tried it: it reported MANY too many warnings and errors.
Yes, that 's 59 THOUSAND errors.
The point is, Backo is a site relatively small (around 400 pages in total). Also, I tend to stay on top of my site's technical SEO, so I was really confused when I saw so many errors.
I found it extremely unlikely that I would have thousands of problems to resolve on my site.
Actually, I was right. Most "warnings" are things that don't really make a difference. For example, we useWordPress' built-in commenting system. And People 's Gravatars don't have alt text.
And Site Auditor counted each of those rubble as a problem. It really isn't.
Obviously, it's not a problem. After all, I can ignore this warning . But it is even harder to find real problems.
Not to mention that I would have to explain to my client why 59,000 errors are "actually not a big deal".
Reports: send custom reports to clients
This is the full functionality of 'AgencyAnalytics.
Of course, you can send your client a personalized dashboard that they can log into. But most clients don't need to check their stats all the time.

You have to log into a bunch of different platforms. Take dozens of screenshots. Write a report. And turn it into PDF.
With AgencyAnalytics you can do it all in minutes . And even have the tool automatically create new reports every month.
As part of this review, I have decided to send AgencyAnalytics an assistance message.
Specifically, I asked them a question about the fact that yesterday's GA data on my dashboard did not match what I saw when I logged into Google Analytics.
And they came back to me literally a minute later .
It turns out that Google Analytics wi dget on my AgencyAnalytics dashboard was showing data for from today 'hui .
Which is different from how GA reports (they only report full days by default). So it wasn 't a drop at all. It was just that today ' s day wasn 't over yet.
Overall, it ' s was an easy support issue. It was basically user error.
Butall the same, their support team responded to me almost instantly. And they were super amisly and helpful.
AgencyAnalytics offers three main pricing plans: Freelancer, Agency and Enterprise.
The Freelancer plan is $ 49 / month and includes 5 campaigns, so it 's ideal for a small one-person agency.
Agency costs $ 149 / month and includes 15 campaigns. Enterprise costs $ 399 / month and allows you to create 50 campaigns.
After having used the tool, my opinion is that AgencyAnalytics is reasonably priced. It is definitely not a good deal. After all, it has very few unrelated features. So if you want to check the backs , a site's traffic or NAP quotes will have to invest in something like SEMrush .
But since the tool can save morers hours per week at a typical SEO agency I would say the price is pretty fair.
What I like about AgencyAnalytics
Many integrations: AgencyAnalytics comes with dozens of integrations. These include the integrations you'd expect (like the Google Search Console ). And a few that are relatively small. But important for some SEO agencies (like WooCommerce).
Outstanding Support: My brief experience with AgencyAnalytics support has been excellent: fast, friendly and helpful.
Automated Reporting: This is one of those features that does seem to be a big deal for most people. But if you run an SEO or PPC agency, you know that reporting can be very tedious. AgencyAnalytics' excellent reporting tool haslargely automates this process.
Things I didn't really like about AgencyAnalytics
Lack of built-in tools: The current SEO tool suite from AgencyAnalytics is quite thin. It is a basic ranking tracker. And a simple SEO site audit function. Nothing here to help the with keyword research , competitor analysis or link building.
Inaccurate data: The data I imported from YouTube and Twitter started counting only from the data I configured the integration for. So it looks like I had 350,000 subscribers on YouTube in one day:
This is no big deal. But imagine having to send this graph to a customer. You will have to explain why the graph is not correct. And how much it will take more than a monthto be correct.
AgencyAnalytics Review: The Bottom Line
I think AgencyAnalytics is a great one tool for freelancers or SEO agencies. Its reporting features are the best on the market. Which can save you several hours a week on reporting. So I think it's good value for money.
Obviously, AgencyAnalytics isn 't perfect. The actual SEO functionality is quite weak. And I have encountered some report bugs.
But overall, I recommend AgencyAnalytics to anyone running a one-person or mid-size SEO agency.
