Add social networks to website
Nowadays, you will find that many websites have integrated social networking services to make their site more popular and fun. In this chapter, you will learn how to integrate social media into the website.
When people visit your site and like something on your site, they will often want to share it with friends.
To make it easier for users, you can just display icons that people can click to share a page or post to any social network sites such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.
To display these glyphs or icons, you can add the LinkShare wizard to a page.
People visiting your page can click on an individual glyph / icon if they have an account on that network sitesocial, then they can post a link to your page or post to that site.
Let's take a look at a simple example where we will add the social networking site option on our webpage. To start, we need to create a new CSHTML file.
Enter LinkSharePage.cshtml in the Name field and click OK. Replace the following code in the LinkSharePage.cshtml file
LinkShare Example Share: @ LinkShare.GetHtml (" LinkShare Example ")
Let's launch the application and specify the following url - http: // localhost: "36905 / LinkSharePage and you will see the following output.
Let's click on l 'Twitter icon and you will see the following Twitter login page in a new tab.
When people play Microsoft Xbox games online, each user has a unique ID. Statistics are kept for each player in the form of a player card, which shows their reputation, score, and recently played games. If you are an Xbox player, you can display your player card on your site pages by using GamerCard helper .
