Inserting a screenshot in PowerPoint 2010
One of the cool features of PowerPoint is that you can insert a screenshot into PowerPoint. One of your applications screen in your presentation without having to use any other program. Below are the steps to insert a screenshot.
Step 1 - Navigate to the Images group in the Insert ribbon.
Step 2 - Click the Screen Capture dropdown to view full screen snapshots of all running apps on your desktop computer.
Step 3 - SelectSelect one of the screenshots to add it directly to your presentation.
Step 4 - If you don't want the whole screen and only part of it, you can use Screen Clipping option.
L ' Screen Capture option will automatically move the focus to the program immediately in PowerPoint. So when using this option, make sure you have the correct screen behind the PowerPoint program.
