Enabling and Disabling Discord Developer Mode on Windows and Mac
If you are using the Discord desktop app on Windows or Mac, or if you are using the web client in your web browser, you can enable or disable Discord Developer Mode by following these steps.
To get started, open Discord and sign in. Once you are logged in, select the icon ofsettings in the lower left corner next to your username.
From the Discord settings menu, select the" Appearance "option from the menu on the left.
In the " Appearance "menu, you will see settings that affect how Discord appears to you,with theme options, message sizes, and accessibility settings.
Scroll down and select the slider next to the "Developer mode" option. If the cursor is green with a check mark, developer mode is enabled. If it is gray with an "X" symbol, developer mode is disabled.
When developer mode is enabled, you can copy ID values for users, channels, and servers by right-clicking on the server name, channel name, or company name. user and selecting the "Copy ID " option.

To get started, open the Discord app on your device and sign in. Tap the three-line menu icon in the upper left corner to display the menu panel.
