America First Legal (AFL) on Wednesday filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the DOJ for documents related to Garland the October 4 memo, which called on the DOJ's National Security Division and the FBI to investigate the "threatening " parents at school board speaking out against CRT.
