Installed since the start of the 2020 school year in Ile-de-France and the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, the computer school Hexagon announcedthe opening of a specialization focused on artificial intelligence. Taught only on its Versailles (Yvelines) campus, this two-year course is aimed at holders of a Bac + 3 in mathematics or IT who wish to specialize in this technology. At stake ? A manager's title of IT projects registered in the National Directory of Professional Level 7 (ex Niv I) Bac + 5 certifications. For this first start in October, applications are open throughout the year, but the school specifies that the number of places has was limited to 36. Inions can be deposited now at this address.
In the program, a preparatory cycle of one year which first allows students to have a solid theoretical base in AI with courses focused on different themes. These include mathematics, statistics, on-board electronics, programming (functional and advanced), databases, or machine learning program design. The objective of the second year aims for its part to design AI systems applied to the field of sound, image, speech, vision and animation. To do this, the topics covered will relate, among others, to 2D / 3D vision by deep learning, the processing of natural languages and sound, virtual and augmented reality, emotional recognition, or the creation of digital animations (in 2D / 3D ). A large place is given to practice with the provision of a Fab Lab that will allow projectsts imagined to see the light of day.
Access to initial training or apprenticeship
At the end of the course, professional opportunities are varied and can lead to becoming a deep learning or machine learning engineer, data scientist, architect or data analyst. The price of this course is 8,000 euros per year for initial training, the work-study route is also possible with a professionalization contract. In this case, the tuition fees are then borne by the company hosting the student.
D since September 2020, l he Hexagone school's ambition is to train students in the latest French technologies. In order to promote its positioning, the school has established partnerships with French digital and open source players, in particular Stormshield, Bispok,3DS Outscale (a subsidiary of Dassault Systèmes), Gymglish or Symfony. Its course "Grande École" prepares in 5 years for the various professions of computer engineering, such as programming, systems and network administration, databases, and IT project management.
