Faze is releasing a crimson horror film later this month

If the conquest of the world of electronic sports wasn 't big enough for them, FaZe has apparently switched to film production, and their first production was a horror film starring FaZe Rug.

You can see the trailer for Crimson just below, FaZe's first adventure in feature films. Crimson's concept is as follows: he stars FaZe Rug as himself, emmmoving into a multi-million dollar house after her success as an influencer (like you). What starts off as another YouTube vlog highlighting her new home turns into a horror flick thanks to her neighbors.

This new movie starring FaZe Rug is directed by Gregory Plotkin, who actually has new gashes on his horror belt. Plotkin worked as an editor on films like Happy Death Day, Get Out, and a number of films about paranormal activity.

Rug actually posted a little statement on Twitter shortly after the Crimson trailer went live on the weekend. The statement pushes back against people who label the company a "low-budget movie" as Rug reminds everyone that "we all start somewhere."

Crimswe are in fact a collaboration between FaZe and Invisible Narratives. The latter production company will distribute the film on Invis.tv later this month, October 29, just before Halloween on October 31.
