A man with Down's syndrome celebrates 30 years working for the same family tire fitter.
Andrew Williams started working at Heath Tires in Cardiff as an internship and is still there at the age of 49.
The Welsh government is pressed by Learning Disability Wales (LDW) to create a national job coaching service to help people find paid jobs.
Andrew Evans, the manager of Heath Tires, said they "found the right person for the right job " in Andrew.
Around 54,000 people in Wales have a learning disability, but only 6% UK-wide are employed.
