There was a time when Samsung was slow to deploy new versions of Android, but recently it got better, and this should continue with Android 12 , because it will appearit that the company will start rolling out no later than December.
This is according to a South Korean moderator of the Samsung community, who in response to a question said that Android 12 is probably to come on the range Samsung Galaxy S21 in December at the latest.
This post - spotted by TizenHelp - only affects South Korean models in the Galaxy S21 range, so other regions may have to wait longer. But if it does, we won't we wouldn't expect the wait to be much longer, and in fact Samsung introduced Android 11 on Galaxy S20 in the US around the same time as South Korea.
It's also worth pointing out that this post says December at the latest, so we might actually see Android 12 on these phones before. Other Samsung phones will likely have to wait longer, as we expect the Galaxy S21 line to get the update first, but other high-end and high-end handsets won't wait too long.
We would always take this claim with a pinch of salt even if it appears to be from a Samsung employee, especially since they appear to be a little uncertain, but it seems at least likely that the wait for Android 12 on Samsung's major flagships in 2021 is almost over.
