Writer Steve Orlando has announced a new creator-owned superhero title in the fall of this year. Although details, including the title of the series, are still pending.e rare, the story centers on a team of superheroes called Crisis Command. The craziest greatest superheroes you've ever seen from me! , Orlando said in his tweet announcing Crisis Command. An idea of One minute, and this is just the start! And this is an original, my friends, he said in a follow-up . Gloves and rulers are no longer ... Orlando has promised a full series announcement featuring a color version of Davide Tinto's character concept art, seen above, to come later. No stranger to superheroes, Orlando was, until recently, a DC exclusive writer, having worked on titles such as Midnighter, Martian Manhunter, Wonder Woman, and Justice League of America. Orlando describes the unnamed series, created with co-writer Steve Foxe, as Big, raw, queer horror. Orlando has not announced the title of the series or any other premise, but has included four character designs, seen here.
