The Duchess of Cambridge met with people who assisted in the evacuation of refugees from Afghanistan.
Catherine visited RAF Brize Norton and spoke to those who participated in Operation Pitting, which saw more than tha n 15,000 personnes, including about 2,200 children, transported by plane from Kabul in August .
More than 850 people arrived at the RAF base in Oxfordshire last month.
They received food, clothes, children's toys and medical aid while processing their data.

The Duchess met with RAF crews and medics who supported the evacuees at Kabul airport.
She also spoke to civilians and volunteers who established a repatriation center at the RAF base.

Brize Norton's entire fleet of RAF transport planes were involved in the evacuation, with an RAF C17 Globemaster breaking a record carrying 439 passengers out of Kabul.
They also carried supplies such as clothes and baby food.
