A shooting during an opening night high school a football game near Philadelphia left a child dead and two or three other people injured Friday night, according to reports.
The injuries were not considered life threatening, the Buc ks County Courier Times reported.
Shots were taken sounded around 9 p.m. after the match between Academy Park High School and Pennsbury High at Sharon Hill.
Three people were arrested after the gunfire, KYW-TV reported.

The deceased child would have less than7 years.
"The beating was going down, the babies were going down," Witness Deanna Bankston told the station. "Baby fell, caught my leg when she was shot in the neck. People were screaming and running around.
No player from either team was injured , the Times reported.

Police described the incident like a car shootout near the main gate of the football field.
" This is ridiculous. That doesn't happen here at Sharon Hill, "Fayetta Acosta told KYW . "This is unacceptable.
