Proof of this is that its new range would not be limited to two devices like last year and it would thus include no less than three different smartphones .
We know the technical sheets of the OnePlus 9 Pro and OnePlus 9E
The OnePlus9 Pro will position itself on the top of the basket. It will therefore be aimed at the most demanding users. For its part, the OnePlus 9 will also rely on a high-end technical sheet, with however some characteristics revised downwards. A choice that will undoubtedly allow it to be offered at a more accessible price. As for the OnePlus 9E, formerly referred to as the OnePlus 9 Lite, it will obviously aim to make the range more affordable.
Three models quite different from each other, therefore. This seems to confirm the latest leaks from the site Techmaniacs . Leaks mainly related to the OnePlus 9 Pro and the OnePlus 9E datasheet.
The OnePlus 9 Pro datasheet:
- 6.5 ″ LTPO OLED QHD + display ;
- Variable rate of 120Hz;
- Snapdragon 888;
- 8 GB RAM / 128 GB for thebase model;
- Camera 1: 48 Mpx f / 1.8 (Hasselblad);
- Camera 2: 64 Mpx f / 2.2 with ultra wide angle;
- 3: 64 Mpx camera with 3.3X optical zoom;
- 4500 mAh battery;
- Fast charge 65W.
The OnePlus 9 Pro will go therefore quite far technically. In particular, it will inherit an LTPO panel, which should be the case for the iPhone 13.
The refresh rate would be variable, like what Samsung offers on the Galaxy S21. We will also have to expect to find the monumental Snapdragon 888, a chip that does not make any compromise as we have seen with our test of the Xiaomi Mi 11.
The photographic component leaves a little more perplexed. The camera will likely skip the periscope zoom, which is a bit disappointing. It also remains to be seen what the partnership set up with Hasselbald will lead to.
Good point, however, the 65 W fast charge will still be available.part. Remember that the latter is provided by Oppo. Not content with quickly charging the phone, it will also limit the risk of overheating, which will preserve the battery.
The technical sheet of OnePlus 9E:
- 6.5 FHD + screen ″;
- 90Hz refresh rate;
- Snapdragon 690;
- 8 GB RAM / 128 GB for the base model;
- Camera 1: 64 Mpx with wide angle f / 1.7;
- Camera 2: 8 Mpx with ultra wide angle;
- Battery of 5000 mAh.
Unsurprisingly, the OnePlus 9E will be a bit more modest. If the screen will maintain a highrefresh rate, it will be necessary to settle for a Snapdragon 660, which is a bit disappointing. I would have preferred OnePlus to turn to a Snapdragon 7xxx.
The photographic side will also lose flexibility, with the lack of a large focal length: the telephoto lens. On the other hand, the 5000 mAh battery seems rather promising and it should allow theterminal to last a long time with a single charge.
Finally, we will recall that OnePlus should also soon present its very first connected watch .
