While a section 65 inch TV remains the standard size of choice for many consumers, if you are ready for an upgrade, the next most common step is to check the models of 75 inches. This is a size available in many of the target best TV series we review on - even those fancy OLED TVs (technically they're 77 inches, but they're still included on this list).
If you are trying to choose between a great 65 inch model or a 75 inch set that performs a little less well, but has a comparable cost - don 't be afraid to go big ! More than a slight increase in image quality, image accuracy colors, viewing angle, or any smart feature, increasing the size of the TV screen is the best use of your money. I don't recommend getting a 75 inch TV that doesn't work though. good enough to satisfy you. This is where the reviews come in: to help you decide how much money to spend.

The list below represents the best TVs I have reviewed in 's test lab, where I compare them side by side to see which one is more worth buying. Currently, my TV lab is my basement , and as usual, I have actually reviewed the 65-inch series sizes below. That said, the 75-i nch versions are basically the same beyond screen size.
Here is my latest recommendations, which I update as I review new TVs, with the following notes to keep in mind.
Best TV 75 inches for the money
TCL 6- Serie (75R635)
David Katzmaier / Nov 2020
No TV I have ever tested offers so much picture quality for that little money. The 6 Series TCL 2020 has even better picture quality than its predecessor. Boom, thanks to the mini-LED technology and full local dimming which helps it spin around just about any other TV at this price point. It's also a solid choice for gamers with a new THX mode that combines low lag d 'entrance and high contrast. As if that weren't enough, the Roku TV operating system is our favorite. The king of image quality
LG OLEDCXP series (OLED77CXPUA)
David Katzmaier / Nov 2020
What do you say? You just want the best TV this caegory of size, money not applicable? Here is. In my side-by-side tests, the LG CX 2020 is the best TV I have ever reviewed, barely beating its 2019 predecessor. OLED TVs are not available in a 75 inch size, this 77 inch model is therefore the closest equivalent. Best 75 inch image quality in a non-OLED
TCL 8-Series (75Q825)
Sarah Tew /
By Mini-LED , a technology that is currently not found on any other television available. The result is superb picture quality that outperforms all other LCD TVs we've tested, although it doesn't quite reach OLED levels. And just like the 6 series above, it uses the Roku smart TV system. Best value 75 inches with connectivitynew generation
Sony XBR-X900H series (XBR-75X900H)
Sarah Tew /
If you like the Sony brand , the Sony X900H TV is an excellent choice, with picture quality comparable to that of the TCL 6-Series and a price that isn't that much more expensive. And its connection suite is actually better than that of the TCL. It has a HDMI 4K / 120Hz input capability to maximize the potential of the new Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 , and at the moment it 's the cheapest TV that works with ATSC 3.0 antenna broadcasts . Me75-inch design illumination in a non-OLED television
Samsung Q80T series (QN75Q80T)
David Katzmaier /
Samsung sells more TVs than anyone else and our favorite is the Q80T series. Its sleek design stands out against other TVs on this list - although the ultra-thin LG CX OLED is even sleeker - and it also delivers excellent picture quality, wide viewing angle, next generation gaming connectivity and excellent chip. TV system. The above TVs are higher values, but if you still want a Samsung TV, this is 'is an excellent choice. Best budget 75 inch TV
TCL 4-Series (75S425)
Sarah Tew /
Roku is our platform- Preferred form for streaming apps like Netflix, and it's integrated even better with this 75 inch 4K Ultra HD TV. The picture quality on this 4K UHD TCL can't beat any of the above models - its 4K resolution and its HDR compatibility does nothave nothing to help the image - but that's perfectly fine for most people, especially at this price point. Other things to know about buying a new TV
I'm pretty sure you would be happy with any of the above TVs, but a new TV smart can be a big investment, so maybe you are looking for a little more information. Here is a quick and dirty list.
- With the pandemic underway, many new TVs are coming late. few televisions on this list are still 2,019 models, but I plan to review more newer models soon.
- On the other hand, since TVs are generally mature technology , new models may not include major upgrades from previous versions. Most buyers will always be perfectly happy with a 2019 TV, especially since they're usually cheaper.
- If you don't like the built-in smart TV system, you can always add a media streamer for more content. They are cheap and easy to use, and get updates more frequently than most smart TVs. Check out the best media streamers here .
- Most TVs come with built-in speakers with terrible sound quality, so it is interesting to pair your new set with a sound bar or other hspeakers. Coupons start at around $ 100. Check out the best soundbars here .
