Season 2 of The Boys series ended last week. A few days ago, we unveiled our detailed opinion on these new episodes of the Amazon Prime Video series. We must now wait for season 3, while the revelations are announced in cascade. Between the projections over several seasons or the promises for the "superhero" Homelander , there is plenty to do on the headliners side. But, the newbies have also sometimes managed to make their impression. This is the case with one of the characters seen in the hospital…
An "imposing" superhero for The Boys
Beyond the Seven and the small team Billy Butcher, we were indeed able to discover a hospital in which tests are conducted in a kind of hospital. Normal people are injected with compound V against their will. A sequence particularly detailed in episode 6 of The Boys.
And one of the augmented humans, dubbed "Love Sausage" in the original version, left a small mark in the group’s imagination. Indeed, it has the particularity that part of its anatomy, located between the two legs, is particularly elastic and resistant. A weapon he succeeded in trying to kill Creme. However, as showrunner Eric Kripke announced, this surprising character will therefore be back for a new season.
It remains to be seen what fate will be reserved for it. We tend to imagine that this will be mostly a little joke. It's hard, given his profile, to imagine making him a recurring player. If The Boys sometimes crosses the boundaries of good taste, this time it might be going a little too far.
