Preparing your site for using multiple themes
Before you start, you need to create a complete file and disable all caching plugins like or on your site .
Sometimes the caching plugins will show you an older version of the page which may restrict your ability to see changes correctly.

Using multiple themes in WordPress
The first thing you need to dois to install activate the jonradio Multiple Themes plug-in . Upon activation, you must visit Multi-Theme Plugin Appearance to configure the plugin.
The plugin comes with detailed information about the how to use the plugin. EachThe section of the settings page is explained in detail. We will try to summarize these parameters for you.
There are three ways to configure multiple themes. The first option allows you to define a different theme for the home page of your site. Simply choose a theme from the drop-down menu and click the Save All Changes button.
The second option is to go crazyTo enter a URL, use a URL prefix or an asterisk in the URL. All pages corresponding to the URL will use the theme you define here.
The third method to apply the theme is using a query keyword. All URLs containing the keyword you define will use the theme defined in this parameter.
Changing theme options
Please note that when you apply a theme to a section, page or query, it does not change your current active theme. To configure a theme, you will need to temporarily activate it. Suppose you are using the Twenty Thirteen theme on your website and you have applied Twenty Fourteen on a particular page of your website.
To configure theme options for Twenty Fourteen, just go to Appearancee Themes and activate the Twenty Fourteen theme. You are now free to change me using Personalize Appearance .
Once you are satisfied with the configuration of the theme, save your changes, then return to Themes Appearance and reactivate your old Twenty Thirteen theme.
