Triathlon - How to play?
The rules of this sport are quite simple and they change from competition to competition. There are no restrictions on how to swim, cycle and run. There are two transitions between the two sports: one between swimming and cycling and a second transition between cycling and running.

Starting the competition
The competition usually begins with swimming. Different methods are followed to organize the swimming competition. In case of a small number of participants, all the athletes enter the pool simultaneously and the competition starts while in case of a large number of participants the whole group is divided into smaller groups according to their age or the expected swimming time.

Start with swimming

Transition from swimming to cycling
Each group enters the water every few seconds. Once the participant is out of the water, they move to the transition zone and change their wetsuits to put on a cycling suit. Here too, players apply different tricks to change combinations to reduce the transition time. Then the players start to compete on a bicycle on a marked course.
