Triathlon - Rules
Triathlon consists of three sports and each sport has different rules that players must follow.
Competitors can swim in any position as they wish and at ease. There is no restriction if they want to stand between the race and relax. The important rule is that a competitor can wear a wetsuit for swimming when the temperature is 78 to 84 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wetsuits are prohibited when the temperature is above 84 degrees Fahrenheit. Players are strictly prohibited from using any type of floating material during competition, which could result in disqualification of the player. Players may not throw any waste or equipment on the course during and after the event.
Rules of cycling
For cycling, the competitor must wear a helmet during the event. cycling event where he / she may be disqualified.player must buckle the chinstrap of his helmet even before getting on the bike. In this part of the sport, the competitor must not draft or block others during cycling and must allow them to overtake them, otherwise this may result in disqualification.
Even during drafting, the player must maintain a minimum of three bike length distance between the front players. Players are not permitted to propel the bicycle other than by pushing, including using the hands to push the bicycle. During the race, players are not allowed to leave the course and must respect the highway code.
Players are not permitted to wear or wear earphones, headphones or any type of mp3 player while racing. Players are strictly prohibited from using coarse, harsh or abusive during race E either towards each other or towards the race officials.
The competitor may run at his own rhythm et can even walk if he is tired. The race will be considered finished when the upper body of the rider, i.e. torso, touches the finish line and the time of this will be noted. The rider must wear a helmet and shoes.
Players are prohibited from throwing rubbish on the course. During the race, players are required to wear their bibs at all times. The number must be clearly visible and cannot be folded or changed with another player during the race as this may result in disqualification.
Once the event is over, players must keep the equipment in the appropriate designated location in the transition area. Once the cycling event is over, players must place their bikes in the assigned bike corral. The bicycle wheel must be lowered to the assigned location. Players are not allowed to interfere with ostrich equipment and propertyi.
For all rule violations, specific penalties based on the rules and regulations are awarded. Most players are rewarded with time penalties and in some specific cases like use of helmet and bib disqualification is granted.
If players break the rules twice, penalties of respective times are allowed. The second time violation usually results in a double time penalty compared to the first time violation. A third violation results in disqualification from the event.
