Jordan Peele's next film will be called Nope. Peele, who terrified audiences for the last time with his 2019 movie We , revealed the name and official poster of the film in a Twitter Post Thursday.
Nope should be released inone year, July 22, 2022. The poster gives us a title, but it doesn't reveal much else about Peele's upcoming achievement. company. It shows a dark cloud, which hovers above a city and appears to be dragging a single string of the kind of triangular flags you would see at a car dealership. Nope will highlight starring Daniel K aluuya, who also starred in Peele's 2017 debut film, Get Out; Keke Palmer; and Steven Yeun, who was nominated for the Oscar for Best Actor in 2021. The poster says it will only be released in theaters.
Writer and director Peele had a horror on his hands with Get Out, which won him an Oscar for Best Screenplay. He followed it up with Us, another horror thriller. Before he started directing scary films, Peele created and starred in the Key and Peele series on Comedy Central .
