An old one Minnesota state soldier pleaded guilty to texting nude or partially nude photos of a woman after he detained her and used her phone. Albert Kuehne intervened at the scene of a car accident and arrested a driver suspected of impaired driving, according to the subpoena filed last June. He told the driver to give him his phone, the court document says. Kuehne went to the police car and sent himself three photos, two of which show the victim's exposed breasts , he added.
